Kei Hayashi/BJH worked on the team that successfully provided financial advisory, market and bond issuer related services to Seaview Senior Living Center Project, which closed on a tax-exempt financing in early 2013.  The project, when completed, will provide over 330 supportive living apartments for seniors in Staten Island, a borough that has the fastest growing senior population in New York City.  The project’s financial structure included City capital dollars, as well as investor provided capital through the bond structure.
