Jenna Muschong, Intern Analyst
Jenna Muschong is a Graduate Intern Analyst at BJH Advisors, where she focuses on the intersection of real estate, urban planning, and economic development. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in City & Regional Planning at the Georgia Institute of Technology, with coursework in Urban Design Policy, Government & Housing Markets, Land Use, Planning Law & Regulation, and Economic Analysis. Jenna is a Frank S. Wilkinson Fellow, serves as Treasurer of the Student Planning Association, and participated in the 2025 ULI Hines Student Competition as her team’s financial lead and head writer, developing a full pro forma and phasing strategy to support a mixed-use redevelopment concept in Cleveland.
Previously, Jenna served as a Graduate Research Assistant to Dr. Paige Clayton, supporting research on the intersection of entrepreneurship and innovation, economic development, and science and technology policy. Jenna also worked as an Analyst Intern at KB Advisory Group, where she analyzed demographic, economic, and real estate data to present findings and produce recommendations through written reports, visualizations, and maps in support of housing studies, market assessments, and economic development plans.
Jenna is a graduate of Syracuse University, holding a degree in Real Estate (B.S.) from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management with minors in Geography and Landscape Architecture (SUNY-ESF). While at Syracuse, she worked with community organizations through the Community Geography program and collaborated on projects with the NY Food Hub Collaborative and Central NY Fair Housing. Jenna also completed a research internship with Fayette Alliance, publishing a comparative analysis of the cost of living and housing/growth policy in Lexington, KY.
Jenna is proficient in ArcGIS, 3D GIS, RStudio, Excel, Claritas, CoStar, and financial analysis, applying these tools to spatial research, development feasibility, and strategic planning.
