New Jersey Economic Development Authority Bioscience Incubator Analysis
BJH collaborated with Buro Happold to complete the New York Forward Strategic Investment Plan for the Capital Region. New York State's NYForward program aims to transform small and rural downtown areas into vibrant centers of redevelopment, business growth, job creation, and diverse economic and housing opportunities. BJH analyzed sociodemographic conditions and conducted real estate market analyses for three communities within the Capital Region: Coxsackie, Kinderhook, and Cambridge. Additionally, BJH assisted Buro Happold in developing project profiles that sought capital funding through the program.
