Toll Roads Traffic Impact Analysis

BJH completed demographic and real estate market analysis and projections as part of a traffic impact study led by Arcadis, examining current and future conditions across two major metropolitan areas in the Southeast. The team focused on study areas surrounding two major interstate highway corridors, drawing on CoStar data to evaluate real estate projects under construction and in the planning phase. Population and employment projections were benchmarked against data from Moody's, Woods & Poole, and local regional sources, while Lightcast informed analysis of the largest employers in each study area. Together, this work allowed the collective team to substantiate projected travel demand and growth assumptions in support of two toll road concession bids.
