Penn Station Area Environmental Impact Statement
BJH consulted with AKRF, Inc. to draft chapters of the Environmental Impact Statement including the Socioeconomic Conditions Assessment that evaluated the likely effects of the proposed Pennsylvania Station Area Civic and Land Use Improvement Project (formerly known as Empire Station Complex Civic and Land Use Improvement Project). The plan envisions a new commuter-first world-class Penn Station and revitalized surrounding neighborhood that reflects the community's needs and focuses on public transit and public realm improvements. BJH also provided financial and economic advisory services by analyzing the economic and fiscal impacts of the project.
