Financial District and Seaport Climate Resilience Master Plan

BJH was a part of the consultant team led by Arcadis to assist NYCEDC and Mayor’s Office of Climate Resiliency (MOCR) to develop the Financial District and Seaport Climate Resilience Master Plan, a blueprint for comprehensive flood defense infrastructure to protect Lower Manhattan from the urgent threat of climate change. BJH completed a real estate market analysis in Lower Manhattan and assessed potential revenue streams that could be generated to help fund the costs of construction and/or operations of the proposed infrastructure including a potential special resiliency assessment.
