Civic Hall @ Union Square is now open to the public!
On November 1, 2023, our principal, Kei Hayashi, celebrated the grand opening of Civic Hall @ Union Square—a state-of-the-art tech workforce development facility spanning 85,000 square feet in the heart of New York City. Civic Hall @ Union Square is dedicated to propelling the growth of the city's tech ecosystem by combining accessible entrepreneurial spaces with digital skills training, specifically targeting diverse and historically underserved communities. The operation of this initiative will be overseen by Fedcap, a global leader in educational services, vocational training, and job attainment. The project anticipates serving around 750 individuals in its first year. BJH is proud to be a part of this project, advising Civic Hall on the public-private partnership structuring and suitable business model to ensure a long-term financial sustainability of the project.
