Asbury Park Redevelopment Real Estate Analysis

BJH has prepared analyses to support the issuance of Redevelopment Area Bonds (RABs) for different phases of the Asbury Park Waterfront Redevelopment Area project. The analyses review the special assessment and Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) structures, as well as provide estimates of certain revenues that will be generated from the proposeddevelopments. The reports support the RAB Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs) and the closing transcript.
