Potrero Bus Yard Redevelopment Advisory Services

BJH provided advisory services, as a subconsultant to Arup, to San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) for the redevelopment of the Potrero Bus Yard into a state-of-the-art bus facility integrated with a large affordable housing component. BJH provided public private partnership advisory, benchmarking of comparable projects, and contributed to a risk register for the project. In 2024 BJH provided additional advisory to Arup on structures to address risk allocation among the owner, developer, and construction contractor. The new Potrero Bus Yard facility and attached Bryant Street Housing was subsequently approved for financing in 2026.
