In 2023, BJH was engaged by ESD to perform market analysis and bid leveling to support it in review of submissions to its RFP for a housing-oriented project at Site Kat 418 Eleventh Avenue in Manhattan. BJH provided market research and market comparable data for residential rental and condominium product, office, retail, and hotel uses. BJH performed bid leveling and financial review of the several developer proposals and developer proformas submitted and diligenced specific items requested by the ESD review staff. In December 2024 Governor Hochul announced that the HudsonBoulevardCollective comprised of BRP Companies, BXP (formerly Boston Properties), the Moinian Group, and Urbane Development were conditionally designated to develop 1,349 housing units and a450 key hotel at the site.
