Middle Collegiate Church Site Feasibility Analysis

BJH completed a real estate market assessment of the East Village neighborhood of Manhattan focusing on condominiums, offices, and residential properties. BJH identified strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) for the project site redevelopment. Middle Church and BJH agreed on three potential development scenarios for the site redevelopment. BJH prepared a residential land value (RLV) model based on the development scenarios to identify the best development opportunity for Middle Church. BJH provided recommendations to Middle Church based on the results of the RLV model.
