Newark Airport (EWR) Facility Access Project

Working with the Port Authority of NY & NJ and Ernst & Young, BJH conducted analyses of planned, and potential land uses near the proposed Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) Station Access Project. BJH completed a high-level real estate market scan which consisted of land use and ownership assessments, targeted interviews with planning staff, estimating a range of users of the proposed facilities, and forecasting development trends and demand indicators. This information aided BJH in developing low, medium, and high population growth scenarios to understand the potential real estate impacts for both the project and the area, while also generating inputs for ridership and revenue sensitivity analyses.
