Village of Scotia Brownfield Opportunity Area Feasibility Analysis

BJH Advisors assisted LaBella Associates in developing the Envision Scotia Plan, a Brownfield study, Opportunity Area (BOA) Nomination Study for the Village of Scotia, New York. BJH provided an economic assessment, a market analysis, and a retail void analysis to identify socioeconomic trends in Scotia and Schenectady County. This analysis informed a feasibility analysis for a set of future use scenarios for key sites in the proposed BOA area, including residual land value (RLV) analyses foreach site.
